एक नकली बाबा “अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद” द्वारा परम पूज्य श्री गोविदानंद सरस्वती के खिलाफ दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में दायर मानहानि केस में नया डेवलपमेंट हुआ है, इस मामले में, तीसरी बार दिल्ली कोर्ट ने अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद को डांटा है,
कोर्ट ने केस खारिज कर दिया, और “अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद” पर 5000+5000 का जुर्माना लगाया, जो डिफेंडेंट्स द्वारा पूछे गए सवालों का जवाब न देते हुए, तारीख पर तारीख लेते हुए भाग रहे थे और गेम खेल रहे थे,

“अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद” का ड्रामा देखकर, कोर्ट ने तुरंत इसे बहुत गंभीरता से लिया और कहा कि आप 10000 का जुर्माना भरें, आप कहीं भाग नहीं पाएंगे और ₹10,000 का बहुत गंभीर जुर्माना, “वारंट ऑफ़ अटैचमेंट” जारी किया,
1) दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने “अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद” पर ₹10,000 का जुर्माना लगाया,
2) रिकवरी के लिए “वारंट ऑफ़ अटैचमेंट” जारी किया,
3) आप कहीं भाग नहीं पाएंगे,
24.08.2026 को ऑर्डर
अब वादी यह कहकर कॉस्ट के पेमेंट से बच नहीं सकता कि वह जवाब फाइल नहीं करना चाहता। कॉस्ट कोर्ट का समय बर्बाद करने और स्थगन की मांग की। इसलिए, वादी के खिलाफ 14.05.2026 को लगाए गए Rs.10,000/- के कुल खर्च को वसूलने के लिए कुर्की वारंट जारी करें।
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने ₹10,000 के जुर्माने की वसूली के लिए ‘अटैचमेंट वारंट’ जारी किया है, जिससे यह साफ हो गया है कि न्यायिक समय बर्बाद करने के लिए अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद पर लगाया गया जुर्माना चुकाना होगा,

New developments have emerged in the defamation case filed by the “fake baba” Avimukteshwarananda against the revered Sri Govindananda Saraswati in the Delhi High Court. The Delhi Court has reprimanded Avimukteshwarananda for the third time regarding this matter.
Previously, the court had imposed a fine of ₹5,000 plus ₹5,000 on Avimukteshwarananda, who—after filing the suit—kept evading the questions posed by the court and the defendants, while playing games by repeatedly seeking adjournments.
He continued to evade providing proper answers to the questions asked by the court and the defendants. The Delhi High Court had granted him just one week to submit his responses.
However, Avimukteshwarananda failed to provide an answer even within that timeframe and continued to evade the issue.
The case came up for hearing again recently (on August 24, 2026), and the court once again demanded an answer from Avimukteshwarananda’s lawyer. Unable to provide a response due to fear, they attempted to evade the issue once more.
The court immediately took a very serious view of the matter, noting that he files the suit and the Interlocutory Application (IA) but then walks away; when asked to provide an answer, he fails to do so and keeps seeking adjournment after adjournment… They are wasting the court’s time and they are running away without giving an answer.

Now the plaintiff cannot escape from payment of cost by
submitting that he does not wish to file reply. The cost had
been imposed for wasting the judicial time and for seeking
the adjournment. Therefore, Issue warrants of attachment to
realize the total cost of Rs.10,000/- against the plaintiff
imposed on 14.05.2026. The Delhi High Court has issued a ‘Warrant of Attachment’ to recover the ₹10,000 fine imposed on Avimukteshwarananda for wasting judicial time, making it clear that the penalty must be paid.
